Meditation is at the core of all I do and offer.
After spending the past 17 years practicing different forms of meditation, I’d like to share my view of what meditation is and how it can support us in our daily lives.
Meditation is a wonderful diverse portal that offers us an opportunity to turn our awareness inward, toward ourselves. To lean in from a place of gentleness and compassion, giving our Body permission to be still and relaxed. From this place of stillness, meditation opens up communication pathways with our Body’s innate wisdom, giving us space to let go of stress and listen to our Body’s wise inner voice; our Soul-truth.
This in turn cultivates Self-Awareness, which empowers us to make conscious choices that inspire positive love-filled change from the inside out. Change that is aligned with the Truth of who we are; with our Soul’s passions, desires and purpose.
Speaking from experience, I truly believe we all have the power to create change from the inside out and meditation is a wonderful way to support this.
Through meditation, we have the freedom to connect with our Body, deepen into Self-Love and live life embodied in our Truth.

There are many different forms of meditation.
Stillness. Seated. Moving. Sound. Dance. Walking. Breath. Prayer. Visualisation. Spiritual.
Creating a daily meditation ritual is a wonderful way to connect with yourself and your wisdom. This way, you can bring your presence and connection into your daily life. Where your day becomes a moving meditation.
Empowered in your body. Responding to life challenges from an intuitive place. Listening to your intuitive guidance so you are making empowered choices. And so much more.
Meditation is a practice that supports intuitive living.
I believe when we are in tune with our body and intuitive wisdom, we are guided to what style of meditation we need in the moment.
Every day is different. Sometimes we need stillness and deep rest. Sometimes we need movement to shift some raw intense emotion. Sometimes we need to use our morning walk or swim as our meditation practice.
If you need help with creating a meditation practice, contact me to organise some mentoring sessions or check my events page for upcoming workshops.
I always find Jane’s meditation so completely immersive and healing! The way she leads me through each stage of the meditation feels almost as if my body is simply in sync with her guidance and I don’t need to actively listen to be guided! They are truly magical.
Jane is amazing. I cannot believe all I have gained from Jane’s meditation sessions. They allowed me to stop, be present and become aware of what my body needs. I would recommend Jane to anyone.
Jane’s meditations are the best I’ve ever done. It was amazing to be in a room of people who all felt it was important to take time out. Jane is the most beautiful facilitator and I always walked away feeling very loved, connected and grounded.
