My head used to be filled with so much fear. All the time. My mind would move straight to the worst-case scenario, creating doom and gloom. It was horrible. I was creating so much unnecessary stress on my Body.
Over the years, I’ve worked on healing my relationship with fear. This has made a big difference in how I respond to the ups and downs of life. My Body is very grateful!
Iām sharing a little practice that has helped me along the way – especially when my mind creates fear-based-drama-filled stories.
I hope it finds those who need it.

When you feel yourself thinking fearful thoughts, lean in with Love and Compassion.
Acknowledge the fear. Breathe deeply.
Focus your mind on this simple, yet powerful affirmation: “I embrace fear with LOVE.”
Repeat as many times as you need.
Imagine the fear-based negative thoughts turning gold (or whichever colour represents LOVE for you).
Choose to focus your mind on something beautiful and inspiring, or whatever makes your heart sing.
